HISTORY OF COOPER & CO
In 1991, Cooper & Co Real Estate Limited started in Dunedin. Martin Cooper, our Managing Director, decided that rather than just selling real estate he wanted to run a real estate business that was different to any other currently in the market place. This was Martin’s calling, utilising his charisma, intelligence and genuine love for people, he built Cooper & Co from the ground up. In 1997, Martin then made the bold move to relocate to Auckland’s North Shore and has never looked back. He was invited to join Harcourts, New Zealand’s largest real estate company, that same year. Starting with just two offices on the North Shore.
Throughout the years, Martin and a few trusted business partners have grown from two offices to 16 offices across the North Shore & North West of Auckland. Now providing a number of real estate services, such as residential, commercial, rural and lifestyle property for sellers, buyers, renters and investors.
